These Terms govern your use of all Alaamah services, including:
AI Platform – ai.alaamah.com
Auto (Content Scheduler) – auto.alaamah.com
DM Automation – dm.alaamah.com
WA CRM – wa.alaamah.com
Gateway (Messaging) – gw.alaamah.com
Digital Store – store.alaamah.com
and any future subdomains or related services under alaamah.com.
1. Services Covered
All Alaamah platforms and tools listed above are governed by these Terms.
2. User Responsibilities
Users must:
- Provide accurate registration information.
- Maintain confidentiality of login credentials.
- Use all services lawfully, ethically, and in compliance with applicable laws.
3. Prohibited Activities
Users may not:
- Misuse the platforms for spam, abuse, or unauthorized advertising.
- Resell or redistribute services without permission.
- Engage in hacking, malware distribution, or any illegal activity.
4. Payments
- Premium services require upfront payment.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled.
- Accounts may be suspended or terminated for non-payment.
5. Intellectual Property
- Alaamah owns all branding, code, and content provided on the platforms.
- Users retain ownership of content they upload, subject to granting Alaamah a license to operate the services.
- Unauthorized redistribution or commercial use of platform content is prohibited.
6. Accounts & Membership
- Users must be 18+ or have parental consent if 13–17.
- One account per person; multiple accounts may be suspended.
- Accounts may be suspended due to inactivity (9+ months) or violation of terms.
- Account balances, points, or credits cannot be transferred or sold without Alaamah’s approval.
7. Acceptable Use
- Do not use the platforms to damage the system or engage in unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful activities.
- Do not use the platforms for marketing without permission.
- Do not publish or distribute spyware, viruses, or malicious software.
8. Submissions & Content
- Any content submitted may be used to provide the service.
- Users retain ownership, but Alaamah may process, store, and manage content for operational purposes.
- Unauthorized use of other users’ content or platform code is prohibited.
9. Limitation of Liability
- Services are provided “as is” without warranties.
- Alaamah is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- Users assume all risk for downloading or interacting with platform content.
10. Indemnity
Users agree to indemnify and hold Alaamah harmless from any losses, damages, or claims arising from violations of these Terms or misuse of the platforms.
11. Suspension & Termination
- Alaamah may suspend or terminate accounts violating these Terms.
- Users may close accounts at any time.
12. Third-Party Services
- Some Alaamah platforms integrate with third-party services (e.g., TikTok, Instagram, Meta APIs).
- Users agree to comply with third-party terms; Alaamah is not responsible for downtime or changes imposed by third parties.

14. Changes to Terms
- Alaamah may revise these Terms at any time.
- Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
15. Governing Law
- Terms are interpreted according to international commercial best practices.
- Disputes may be subject to binding arbitration where applicable.
